If you want to hunt big black bears, there is no better place to be than with Gary and Maggie Dorion (Hillsport Hillton) in Northern Ontario. Their exclusive Bear Management Area is more than 500,000 acres, over-populated with bears, baited and ready for you to hunt.
The fall bear hunting season is popular at the Hillsport Hillton and we are now booking 2010 Fall Bear Hunts. We have three bear hunting packages available, and can plan a bear hunt to meet your specific needs, experience & skills. The fall bear hunt starts in mid-August, and both bow & rifle hunters are invited to join us for a week of excellent hunting.
Our bear hunt accommodations are located in Manitouwadge and Hillsport, providing plenty of opportunity for you to explore the region and its thrilling wilderness adventures. Take some time to fish Ontario Walleye and Northern Pike, ride miles ATV trails, hunt small game and grouse, or play a round of golf!
We are located only four hours west of the Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge (Michigan border crossing), and 5 hours east of the Pigeon River Bridge (Minnesota border crossing).
